Our First Step.
Many of us are scared to take the first step toward racial justice. Crippling questions arise such as, “Should I be the first one to speak?”, What if I mess up?”, etc. In this video, Joe and Dave show the importance of staying in relationship as we take our first step on the journey toward racial justice and reconciliation.
Frozen In Fear
What if we could unfreeze the fear of our cross-racial conversations and get underneath the iceberg to be real with each other. In this 4 minute video, Joe and Dave try to model what that might look like to get beyond the anxiety and into authentic conversation.
