Our Values

Intentional.

The tools we use have proven to be effective. We bring deep care into every project that we work on, meeting the needs of our clients and knowing that change happens one relationships at a time.

Developmental.

We understand that not everyone starts from the same place. We do not believe that shame and blame move people forward. Our approach is to invite participants to take the next move on their journey.

Embodied.

We cannot dismantle racism with just our intellect.  One of the reasons why Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts often are not effective is because they fail to integrate the whole self into this process of transformation. We engage bodies, minds, and spirits in this work.

Intersectional.

While we often focus on racial healing, we also expand the conversation to all of the intersections of our identity knowing how each of these affects one another. We cannot untangle patriarchy without encountering race. We cannot examine race without running into class, etc.
